My Homebrew Adventure
Hey everyone,
So recently I have decented into the world of fermentation. It all started from this one food item I always liked but felt really lazy to actually make it, It’s fermented garlic. Trust me, fermented garlic are really something. So once I started fermenting my garlic, I also started experimenting with fermentation. And that’s when I thought about alcohol. At first, I was using a store bought de-activated yeast like everyone else, but then I learned about ginger bug. I don’t think I can explain what a ginger bug is correctly, so I am putthing this link here: Whole Shenanigans - Make Any Probiotic Soda From Ginger.
So after I learned about ginger bug, I started using those to make my drinks. And I am telling you, it does taste a lot better than the ones bought from store, so much so that I stopped buying drinks. My next step from here is actually making some vinegar.
